The following post is a summary of our last 1 day yoga retreat at Waterford Village Hall back in Autumn 2019. We had 15 guests who completed feedback forms, you can see a summary of their comments of the day by clicking on the link below.
Schedule for the day
- 10:00 – Doors open / Registration / Grab a tea
- 10:30 – Yoga class 1
- Prana gathering exercise
- Noble Silence begins
- 12:00 – Lunch – Bring your own packed lunch
- 12:45 – Silent walking meditation
- 2:00 Yoga class 2
- Chants for peace
- 3:50 – Noble silence ends
- Group discussion & experience share
- 4:30 – Closing ceremony

What do I need to bring?
- Bring a Yoga mat (a few spares available on the day)
- A Meditation cushion
- Your own lunch
- A bottle of water
- Yoga blocks (if you need them)
- Dress warm (just incase!)
