Whether you are looking to get fitter, experience more peace or are dealing with a specific ailment be that physical or mental; Yoga is a route proven over thousands of years.
Hi, I’m Sunil. I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2011 and recently moved to Hertford. It is my role to provide you with a safe, friendly learning environment where you are free to explore the deeper connection that Yoga can bring. During class we will learn how to develop a personal practice so that you can enjoy the benefits of Yoga with a solid foundation established.
How can Yoga help me feel better?

Everybody is different
Our bodies tells a story that is particular to the events that have shaped us. Because our bones are not the same no two people are ever doing the same thing in Yoga. I believe that the inner space we inhabit as we practice is of primary importance, so it’s fine if you aren’t flexible or haven’t done exercise in years – this is a good time to start and Yoga is a wonderful way to ease into the lifestyle change you want to make.
It is my aim to bring to you a moment of peace, a moment of presence that keeps expanding and leaving you in confident self-awareness. The flame of Yoga that caught me all those years ago when I went to my first Yoga class is still a felt reality today; I would hope that my passion for Yoga will find affinity with you so that we can create together the exact type of practice that you need.
