Yoga at Trinity Hall next to Our Lady’s Church
The Monday yoga class is at 7 to 8:15pm. The yoga classes are £12, you can pay in cash on the day of your class. The classical approach to yoga means that my classes are ideal for anyone new to yoga. There is no such thing as ‘advanced yoga’ I teach a method that adapts to the individual – you decide the level of challenge. I’ll teach you how to do that.
It is my role to provide you with a safe, friendly learning environment where you are free to explore the deeper connection that Yoga can bring. During class we will learn how to develop a personal practice so that you can enjoy the benefits of Yoga with a solid foundation established. I adapt all classes based on who is there, this means that you get a class that will be suited to your ability and personal situation.

Yoga Classes in Welwyn to strengthen body and mind
For thousands of years, yoga has helped people reconnect with themselves. Unbound by culture or background, it meets you exactly where you are—whether you want to build physical strength, quiet a busy mind, or support your recovery from a health challenge.
My goal is to guide you toward moments of stillness, presence, and calm self-awareness. The spark that ignited my own journey in my very first yoga class burns just as brightly today. I’m excited to share that passion with you and build a practice tailored to your unique needs.
Common Questions About Starting Yoga
Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?
Not at all. Flexibility is a result of practicing yoga, not a requirement to begin. Modifications are provided for every movement so you can practice safely and comfortably.
What should I bring and wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it; otherwise, mats and props can be provided.
Is yoga suitable for all ages and fitness levels?
Yes. Whether you are completely new to movement, returning after a break, or managing an injury, beginner yoga classes emphasize gentle progression and self-awareness.
