Sunil’s yoga has increasingly become a highlight to my week. His passion for teaching yoga makes his classes genuine and honest. His commitment to the sincerity of the practice is humbling and I absolutely love how much closer I feel to myself, my breathe and my work after his sessions. He’s pretty special.
Sunil is welcoming, friendly and super informative. He has been very helpful in improving my form during his yoga sessions. In addition to this, he has formed great class of people and vibe. I fully recommend his class!
I love these yoga classes, Sunil is such a great teacher. I was apprehensive with starting yoga again but Sunil makes these classes super accessible to all experience levels and abilities. I feel much more aligned with my mind, body and soul after each class 🙂
I have been doing yoga for a long time and tried many different styles, places and teachers. Yoga with Sunil in Hertford is one of the best. The classes suit all levels, and he cleverly makes sure that the classes are well balanced, with enough challenging elements as well as relaxation. Each time the class is a bit different, concentrating on different parts of body, or overall purpose, but always balanced. Sunil creates a non-judgmental environment where everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and ability. The classes are very reasonably priced and booking is via WhatsApp group, which gives everyone flexibility of booking the class the day before. I absolutely love his classes, and now his Thursday class has moved to Pinehurst Community Centre, I’ll be able to attend more!!
Wherever you are with your yoga journey, Sunil’s classes are fantastic. Perfect for being kind to yourself, developing your yoga practice and being in good company all rolled into one.
I can’t recommend these classes enough, Sunil is a wonderful yoga teacher. He always lets the people in the room set the pace and goes with it, respectfully suggesting improvements/adjustments with each position. The classes are a workout but Sunil somehow manages to keep a totally relaxed atmosphere in the room, mixing exercises with meditation and mindful breathing. I always feel completely calm after a class, I’ve found it helps me sleep and deal with stress. Thank you Sunil!
Very impressed with Sunil’s yoga practice. He creates a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I am new to the class but I can feel the exercises and stretches are extremely beneficial and will help me improve my flexibility, balance and posture. He combines this with gentle meditation which is fantastic for reducing stress and improving your mood. Thank you Sunil!
I can’t write enough positives about Sunil or his yoga classes. Both are friendly and encouraging. You don’t have to be fit, flexible or super anything just have a go. Three things you will hear through out your evening from Sunil are Breath, Be kind to yourself and smile. Believe me these three little things work and as time goes on you find yourself taking these words into your everyday life
I was advised to start yoga for medical reasons. It’s made things physically a lot better for me, surgery has been put off for the near future and because my pain has eased (not gone ) I’m not so stressed and functioning better day to day.
Sunil’s yoga class has helped me help myself, you can’t ask for anything more than that!

The classes are very thoughtfully constructed, and always provide a variety of movements and poses that allow all people to feel both challenged and supported. Sunil is a great teacher, and goes out of his way to make sure everybody feels welcome and well informed throughout the class. The other yoga students at the class are warm and welcoming. I can not recommend this class enough!
I have been attending these classes for over a year now and I would highly recommend them. The classes suit all levels as different alternatives are given for many of the poses. Sunil teaches us about the many different aspects and benefits of yoga. The environment is very calm and supportive, perfect after a long and busy day at work.

Have really enjoyed Sunil’s yoga classes, they are very accessible and relaxing, helped by his really easygoing and personable style. I really appreciate his small mindfulness prompts that he puts in here and there. Overall a great class focusing on mindfulness and relaxation, unsurprisingly very popular!
Sunil’s Yoga classes provide space, calm and stillness and no matter how the day has gone before the class, I always leave feeling better. As well as being great exercise building my strength, balance and flexibility, I have learnt that yoga is so much more than just the poses and the meditation skills can help to maintain good mental health too. Everyone in the group classes are so friendly and welcoming, I cannot recommend them enough!
