The Monday yoga class is at 7 to 8:15pm. The yoga classes are £10, you can pay in cash on the day of your class. The classical approach to yoga means that my classes are ideal for anyone new to yoga.
Hi, I’m Sunil. I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2011. It is my role to provide you with a safe, friendly learning environment where you are free to explore the deeper connection that Yoga can bring. During class we will learn how to develop a personal practice so that you can enjoy the benefits of Yoga with a solid foundation established. I adapt all classes based on who is there, this means that you get a class that will be suited to your ability and personal situation.
