Single Yoga Class (Evening)

You can use this class whenever you want to. Your invite to the class will be in the 'thank you' email and you can use the link to drop into one of the 6 evening classes. On a physical level a regular yoga practice will develop your core muscles, this will improve gait, sleep, metabolism and much much more. On a deeper level you'll find that your resilience to stress increases, you become more patient and calmer.
